ESG: a new way of conceiving, recognising and measuring value creation

Caring about what we are now recognizing as a fragile ecosystem and protecting our precious resources are part of the mindset we must cultivate, both in the workplace and in our private lives.

Following the ESG criteria, at F2A we have identified very specific focus areas that can create a virtuous circle, including diversity and inclusion, ethic and compliance, social and environmental responsibility, career development, wellbeing and quality of service.
