PRIVACY POLICY ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The Company collects and processes your personal data if you subscribe to the Company’s newsletter and notice service, and when you ask a question or request information through the site.

The processing of data takes place in order to fulfill legal obligations, which the Company is obliged to comply. - Meeting your requests for information or answers to questions you have asked
The Company may process your personal data when you ask a question or request information through the site, due to a legitimate interest of the Company in managing the relationship with you. - Marketing, commercial and promotional purposes

6. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

- purposes of fulfilling a legal obligation, regulations or provisions of the judicial authority: your data may be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the obligation under the law, regulations or provisions of the judicial authority
- in the event of a dispute: in the event that we defend or act or even make claims against you or any third party, we may retain personal data that we reasonably deem necessary to process for such purposes, for as long as such claim may be pursued.
- replying to your requests for information or answering your questions: the personal data processed for this purpose may be kept for 24 months from the formulation of the question.
- marketing, commercial and promotional purposes: the data processed for this purpose may be kept for 24 months from the date on which we obtained your last consent for this purpose.
Your personal data may be accessed by duly authorized employees, as well as external suppliers, designated, if necessary, Data Processors, who provide support for the services, Studio Associato Servizi Professionali Integrati and other companies controlled by F2A S.r.l..

9. YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS AND YOUR RIGHT TO FILE COMPLAINTS BEFORE THE DATA PROTECTION AUTHORITY
Under certain conditions you have the right to ask us:

- the receipt of personal data concerning you and their transmission to another Data Controller
- the rectification of data in our possession,
- the deletion of any data for which we no longer have any legal basis for processing,
- opposition to processing where provided for by the applicable legislation
- the revocation of your consent, if the processing is based on consent;
- the limitation of the way in which we process your personal data, within the limits provided by the legislation on the protection of personal data
The exercise of these rights is subject to certain exceptions aimed at safeguarding the public interest (e.g. the prevention or identification of crimes) and our interests (e.g. the maintenance of professional secrecy).
